It is a Solera rum, where the indication refers to the oldest distillates of the blend. The remaining distillates could only be stored for a short time. Nevertheless the Ophyum 23 years Grand Premiere Rhum is full of quality and fascination. It presents itself in a dark shade of reddish mahogany and lets the eye share in the pleasure. The rum from the Dominican Republic belongs to the premium segment and should be enjoyed pure or "on the rocks".
